Program FAQs

Can my student start directly in Leadership?
Leadership is an add‑on to Black Belt Training. Most students begin in the core program and are invited into Leadership when they show consistent effort, focus, and readiness for extra training.
What if my student has schedule conflicts?
We offer evening classes and try to rotate leadership clinics on Fridays/Saturdays when available so families can pick times that work best.
Do we need to buy extra gear for Leadership?
You’ll eventually want your own training weapons for creative/extreme material. Ask me for size and brand suggestions—we’ll help you get the right fit.
Is there memorization at lower ranks?
Early ranks focus on effort and following along. Memorization becomes required starting at Blue Belt to prepare students for higher‑level testing.
